Biden held a bilateral assembly with Israeli President Isaac Herzog within the Oval Workplace on Tuesday.
80-year-old Joe Biden hunched over and mumbled incoherently through the assembly.
“And we introduced Israelis and Palestinians collectively on a political degree they usually uh – uh – they usually uh – and uh [unintelligible].
Biden ignored questions because the press was kicked out of the room.
