Video posted by CWB Chicago reveals a bunch of youngster gunmen using squad techniques in an ambush that left a 14-year-old boy killed and three wounded: a 21-year-old lady and two males ages 18 and 19. One of many alleged teen attackers was captured by police after a shootout. The teenager had a leg wound however it has not been decide if the wound was from the shootout with police. WBBM-TV report on the 14-year-old boy, Pierre Johnson, killed within the assault. Police report 80 shells have been recovered on the crime scene.
WLS-TV reported the teenager gunman captured by police has been charged with tried homicide of law enforcement officials (excerpt):
A 16-year-old boy was charged with tried homicide of Chicago law enforcement officials in a capturing within the Fuller Park neighborhood on Thursday.
The teenager was arrested minutes after a 14-year-old boy was killed and 4 different individuals have been wounded within the 4200 block of South Wells Road, Chicago police stated.
He was charged with a number of counts of tried first-degree homicide, aggravated discharge of a firearm at peace officers and aggravated discharge of a firearm, police stated. He was additionally charged with illegal use of a weapon beneath the age of 21.
